  • Orders, such as cards or prints, can be customized to feature a name of the recipient. If you are interested in a commission for a pet portrait, please refer to the Commissions page.

  • Orders made on the website are typically processed in 3-5 business days. They are then shipped by USPS Ground Advantage, which can take an additional 2-5 days.

    Snail Mail is sent through USPS and will arrive in 1-5 business days.

  • We do not offer returns unless the item(s) have arrived damaged as a result of packaging or manufacturing. Photos/videos of the damage have to be received within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund. All items shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail are insured. *Custom portrait return policies are different.

  • Snail Mail Art & Nature Club members receive free shipping on their subscription.

    For all other retail orders, there is a standard flat fee of $9.00 per shipping order to cover rising shipping costs and handling. Local scheduled pick up is an option if you are within proximity of Tolland, CT.

    Should you place a retail order and select the “FREE WHOLESALE-INVOICE SHIPPING” instead of the USPS Flat Rate you will be sent an invoice to pay the balance before your order ships. FREE Wholesale shipping is specifically for retail establishments purchasing bulk wholesale orders. Should you fail to pay the shipping balance within 3 days, then your order will be refunded.
